A. Position: MARINE SURVEYOR
- Vacancies: 01
- Employment Type: Full-time Official Employee
- Scopes: Vessel survey, Marine Cargo survey, H&M, P&I survey
- Work location: Ho Chi Minh City and various provinces across Vietnam
- Working hours: depending on the nature/requirements of the actual work
- Salary: Negotiable
- Requirements:
- Male, 27-35 years old, in good health;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation (Preferably in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering Operations) or related fields;
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and report writing (Equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher);
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel; skilled in on-site photography and survey documentation;
- Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills;
- Independent, confident, decisive
- Honest, meticulous, responsible, and a team player;
- Willing to travel for business and work overtime/outside office hours;
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with experience in marine surveying or insurance;
- .Significant experience at surveying and consultancy firms (Please provide a detailed work history: tasks performed, location, and duration…)
- Job description:
- Draft Survey to determine the quantity of cargo loaded/discharged on vessels;
- Hold Inspection prior to loading;
- Bunker Survey during delivery/redelivery;
- On-hire/Off-hire Survey during delivery/redelivery;
- Cargo Damage Survey to assess condition, extent and cause of loss to cargo;
- H&M Survey assess condition, extent and cause of loss to vessels/barges;
- Repairs Monitoring to supervise repair/rectification processes, record data and prepare report;
- Other tasks as assigned by the company.
B. Position: TRAINEE MARINE SURVEYOR

- Employment Type: Full-time Official Employee
- Work location: Ho Chi Minh City and various provinces across Vietnam
- Working hours: depending on the nature/requirements of the actual work
- Salary: Negotiable
- Requirements:
- Male, 22-27 years old, in good health;
- Colleges or Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or related fields;
- Good reading and communication skills (TOEIC 500+ preferred);
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel; capable of on-site photography and recording survey data;
- Observation, analytical, and reporting skills;
- Independent, confident, decisive and desire to learn;
- Honest, meticulous, responsible, and a team player;
- Willing to travel for business and work overtime/outside office hours;
- Experience in marine surveying or insurance is an advantage. Candidates without experience will be provided with training.
- Job description:
- Supervise and tally cargo during operations at vessels or ports;
- Inspect containers and cargo within containers; separate damaged goods if necessary;
- Assist Surveyors in conducting Draft Surveys;
- Assist Surveyors in measuring, inspecting, and assessing damage on vessels/barges;
- Assist Surveyors in On-hire/Off-hire surveys of transport vehicles;
- Attend vessels and perform cargo sampling as required;
- Compile data/images and draft reports under the guidance of Surveyors;
- Other tasks as assigned by the company.
