Position: IMPORT-EXPORT CARGO SURVEYOR

- Scopes: Surveying quantity/volume, condition, quality, and cargo damage (transportation vehicles, agricultural products, food, animal feed, consumer goods, etc.).
- Work location: Ho Chi Minh City and provinces nationwide
- Working hours: Flexible based on actual operational requirements
- Salary: Negotiable
- Requirements:
- Male, 22–30 years old, in good health;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Insurance, or Food Technology;
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and report writing);
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel; skilled in on-site photography and survey documentation;
- Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills;
- Capable of working independently, confident, and decisive. Honest, meticulous, responsible, and a team player;
- Willing to travel for business and work overtime/outside office hours.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with experience in cargo surveying or insurance;
- Candidates with years of experience in inspection at surveying and consultancy firms (Please provide a detailed work history: tasks performed, location, and duration).
- Job description:
- Conduct surveys for damage, quantity/weight, quality, and sampling of various goods at factories, warehouses, seaports, or on transport vehicles;
- Supervise loading/unloading, stuffing/unstuffing, and sampling operations;
- Record the current condition of cargo, packaging, transport vehicles, and related factors;
- Collect documents and information to support the survey process;
- Prepare survey records, survey reports, and damage reports in English;
- Coordinate with clients, ports, shipping lines, warehouses, and relevant parties during the survey process;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
